In the morning I use a cetaphil face moisturizer to moisten my face, I turn the water to cold, but not the coldest, but cold enough that it feels as though the rash on my neck (from my dryer sheet allergy) is dissipating. I then use a watermelon scented facial mist that I got from uwajimiya and that a cute girl told me is good to use. I use it to moisten my face since when a face is dry, it makes you look older. I then use a Cera Ve~ facial moisturizing lotion with sunscreen with an spf of 30 that helps restore the protective skin barrier, it has 3 essential ceramides, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid and is oil free. Save that for the frying pan.
In the shower I use a black african soap and make sure to get it in between my butt and scrub it so that it cleans inside my butt, then I pee in the shower.
Afterwards I apply an eye balm followed by a final moisturizer I quickly rub on my whole body. I smile as I look at my puffy reflection in the mirror, I slip on my amazon slippers that are grey and I go to my living room and listen to Olivia Rodrigo.
On my tv is the show, top gear.
I look at my neon clock to make sure I have time to comfortably eat breakfast. I toast a bowl of pad thai that that is low in fat, but high in sodium. I worry about the sodium content.
The shoes I'm wearing are amazon slippers that are grey.

Jeff loves his job
"Every successful product is the fruit of hard work, and this applies to every field of business. Intuition alone is not enough to create a product that people will love and use. You also need to do your research, thinking, planning, differentiating yourself, and more."
Bouldering is one of the few hobbies I look at with tunnel vision, getting better every day. It is what I currently look forward to and can reach short term goals and improve my happiness and in turn my life. Functional strength is something to strive for and helps to build a life with less regret.
